How important is what you have to say rather than how you say it? Your content, or your charisma? These are the questions that our staff addressed at our Educational Leadership Conference so that we can help our students develop the ability to communicate useful and interesting insights in a charismatic way.
Each year our academic staff come together at our Educational Leadership Conference for training and development to help maintain our high standard of teaching.
We asked a number of Regent Teachers, Academic Managers and Principals to speak at the event on the importance of charisma and content in language teaching. To be a successful user of English, you need to be confident, persuasive and charismatic, and we fundamentally believe that our teaching methods can help instill these qualities in our students, helping them to gain the life skills they need to successfully use English in their future lives to achieve their goals. Charisma alone is not enough - you also need to have something useful and interesting to communicate.
