Regent Brighton recognises that wellbeing should be a priority for us all and it is important to raise awareness of something that includes everyone, especially since mental health has become such a topic of discussion in the media in recent times.

With Mental Health Awareness week taking place from 13th - 19th May, we thought it was a great opportunity to promote various ways of looking after yourself. We have decided to focus solely on the ways how we can maintain good mental health just as you would your physical health. We discussed how things like sleeping well, eating healthily, exercising, drinking plenty of water or resting can have beneficial effects on both our physical and mental health.

Stowe British Council Report 2018

This summer Regent Summer Schools underwent their British Council inspection, a rigorous assessment of our programmes which happens every 4 years. We are delighted to say that we passed with 42 points of strength, an outstanding acheivement and testament to the dedication and expertise of the team at Stowe this summer.
